Aspire Salon Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to everyone who books with, buys from, or visits Aspire Salon LLC ("Aspire," "we," "us"), including www.aspiresalontemecula.com. By booking a service, making a purchase, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Aspire Salon LLC is owned and operated by Sarah Eickstaedt in Murrieta, California.
Salon appointments


Aspire is appointment-only. All bookings are made through our online booking system (Mangomint).
 

  • Cancellations and rescheduling: Please give at least 48 hours' notice. Changes with less notice may be charged 50% of the schedules services.

  • No-shows: Missed appointments without notice are charged 50% of the booked service and may require prepayment for future bookings.

  • Late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service or rescheduling, with the full fee still due.

  • Pricing: Prices marked "+" are starting prices. Your final price reflects the time and product your require based on length and/or density of hair. Variations to reflect those are in the booking software and you'll see what your appointment will cost at the time of booking. No surprises at your appointment.

  • Service satisfaction: If you're unhappy with a result, contact us within 7 days so we can review and adjust. We don't offer refunds for services performed. If your service received reflects the outcome we discussed during your consultation, and you have simply changed your mind, any adjustment made will be charged as a new service at full price.
     

Reiki and intuitive sessions
Reiki, energy healing and intuitive guidance are complementary wellness practices. They are not medical, psychological or financial care.

  • Sarah is not a licensed physician or mental-health provider. Sessions do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

  • Sessions do not replace care from your doctor or therapist. Keep following your providers' advice and don't stop any medication or treatment.

  • Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is promised.

  • Booking, cancellation and no-show terms above apply to these sessions too.
     

Shop purchases
Made by Sarah, digital downloads (journals, guided meditations and other digital products)

  • All sales are final. Digital files can't be returned once delivered.

  • If a file is damaged or won't download, email us within 14 days and we'll send a working copy.

  • Your purchase is for your own personal use see Intellectual property below, and may not be copied, shared, sold or redistributed.
     

Made by Sarah, printed books

  • Printed books are printed, shipped and sold through Amazon. Orders, shipping, returns and refunds are handled under Amazon's policies.
     

Aspire Approved products

  • Products bought in the salon or through our online shop can be returned unopened within 7 days for store credit. Opened products can't be returned.

  • Product recommendations are based on Sarah's professional experience. Check ingredients for allergies, and patch-test new products.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

Intellectual property
All Made by Sarah products, including the Cycle Breaker series, its journals, guided meditations, text, artwork and audio, are owned by Sarah Eickstaedt and Aspire Salon LLC.

  • Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it yourself.

  • You may print digital journals for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, copy or distribute any product or file, in whole or in part.

  • Access to companion content such as meditations reached by QR code is for purchasers only. Please don't share the link.

  • Website content, photos and logos may not be copied without written permission.
     

Liability, governing law and contact

  • Allergies and health: Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy or medical conditions before any service. A patch test may be required for color.

  • Journals and wellness content: Made by Sarah journals and meditations are for personal reflection and education. They are not therapy, medical advice or financial advice.

  • Limit of liability: To the extent allowed by law, Aspire's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product involved.

  • Governing law: These terms follow the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in Riverside County, California.

  • Changes: We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version posted at the time of your booking or purchase applies.
