Aspire Salon LLC ("Aspire," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you book with us, buy from us, or visit www.aspiresalontemecula.com, and how we use it.
The short version: we collect only what we need to serve you, and we never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• When you book: your name, phone number, email address, appointment history, and notes you share about your hair, allergies, sensitivities or health that affect your service.

• When you buy: your name, email, billing and shipping address, and order details. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

• When you visit our website: basic technical information such as your device, browser, pages viewed and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

• When you contact us: whatever you include in a call, text, email, form or social media message.

We don't knowingly collect sensitive information beyond the health and allergy notes you choose to share for your safety during services.

 

How we use and share it
We use your information to book and provide services, fill orders, deliver digital products, send appointment reminders, answer questions, improve our website, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only what each needs:

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If the business is ever sold, client information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Cookies, messages and children

• Cookies: our website uses cookies to work properly and to show us how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

• Do Not Track: our website doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

• Texts and emails: we send appointment confirmations and reminders by text and email. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

• Children: our website and shop aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online. Services for minors are booked by a parent or guardian.
   

Your choices, security and contact

• Your choices: you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We'll respond within [30] days. We may keep some records, such as sales and tax records, where the law requires it.

• California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. California law lets you request details about how your information is used, and we'll honor those requests.

• Security: we use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please contact us right away if you suspect a problem.

• Changes: we may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes will be posted on this page.
