WHAT IS REIKI?
Energy that moves through you, not at you.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice based on the principle that life force energy flows through all of us. When that energy is low or blocked — from stress, grief, illness, or simply the weight of daily life — we feel it. Reiki works to restore flow.
Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and fully clothed. Sarah places her hands lightly on or just above the body, working with your energy field to encourage release and restoration. Many clients feel warmth, deep relaxation, or an unexpected sense of clarity during and after a session.
You don't need to believe in Reiki for it to work. You just need to be willing to rest.
You don't have to explain yourself.
Something doesn't have to be wrong.

Sessions are judgment-free. You can share as much or as little as you'd like about what you're carrying.

This isn't performative wellness. This is real work.
Sarah is a trained Reiki Master Practitioner. She came to this work through her own healing journey — and brings the same care, intuition, and honesty to the treatment table that she brings to the salon chair.
She doesn't offer scripts or cookie-cutter sessions. She offers presence. If something comes up during a session, she'll name it. If you need to sit in silence, she'll hold that too. Aspire's healing sessions are as unhurried and personalized as everything else here.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What to expect.
New to Reiki or intuitive work? Here's what most people want to know before their first session.
Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work? — No. Skeptics are welcome. Many clients come in uncertain and leave surprised. All that's required is a willingness to rest and be present.
What do I wear? — Whatever is comfortable. Sessions are fully clothed — you'll be on a massage table or reclining at the shampoo bowl. Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal.
Where does the session take place? — Inside Aspire's private studio in Murrieta. Sessions can be conducted on a massage table or at the shampoo bowl depending on the type of session and your preference. The space is quiet, private, and designed for deep relaxation.
How do I book? — All sessions are booked through Mangomint. Aspire is appointment-only — no walk-ins. Sarah is currently booking several weeks out, so plan ahead. Standalone Reiki and intuitive sessions are held on dedicated healing days each week; Still Point and the Hair & Healing experience are booked during your hair appointment. Mangomint will show you the available times for each.
What is intuitive guidance — is it a psychic reading? — Not exactly. Intuitive guidance sessions are more like a deeply perceptive, energetically-informed conversation. Sarah tunes in to your energy and offers what she receives — reflections, patterns, questions worth sitting with. It's grounded, practical, and deeply personal.
Can I combine a healing session with a hair appointment? — Yes — that's the Hair & Healing experience, Aspire's signature ritual pairing your hair service with a full Reiki session, aromatherapy, and intuitive touches. You can also add Still Point, a 30-minute Reiki closing, to any hair appointment. Both are booked through Mangomint.
Can I do a session remotely, over Zoom? — Yes — the standalone Reiki and intuitive guidance sessions can all be done remotely. Reiki can be done at a distance: energy isn't bound by location, and I'll guide you into the same deep, restful state while you settle in comfortably in your own space. Intuitive guidance translates beautifully to Zoom too — it's a conversation, and the connection carries. You'll book through Mangomint and receive a private Zoom link. (The in-studio rituals — Still Point and the Hair & Healing experience — are in person only, since they're part of your time in the chair.)
