Francesca has been in the beauty industry for over two years, and just like Aspire's owner, Sarah, she's a proud second generation hairstylist-following in the footsteps of her grandfather and her sister. She fell in love with Aspire's holistic approach, using clean, safe products that are as kind to clients as they are to the hair stylists. Francesca specializes in blonding, especially lived-in highlights and color that creates beautiful, low-maintenance looks. And if you need a bombshell blowout for a night out, she's your go-to girl!

Family is everything to Francesca, and she brings that same warmth and care to every appointment. When she's not behind the chair, you can usually find her with a good book or planning her next travel adventure. She's thrilled to be part of the Aspire team and to learn, grow and create alongside Sarah and Gracie.
